Booking Procedure

If you would like to make a booking with us, there are a few steps to take.

Contact Us

Contact us in the first instance to check your required date is available.

You can contact us by completing our Booking Form or sending an email to Bookings@thewellingtononthethames.co.uk

2.

Free Quote

We will open an enquiry for your given date and provide you with a free quote in line with your initial specifications along with some additional information required to plan your event. Changes can be made to your initial quote as we support you with planning.

3.

Booking Confirmation

To secure your date, we require a deposit of £200-£400 dependent on room hire. Once we receive your deposit, we will convert your enquiry to a booking and your date and time will be reserved. Changes and amendments to your booking are still possible following payment of your deposit.

4.

Execution

Once your booking is confirmed you can sit back and relax. A member of our events team will take care of planning in line with your expectations. We will be in touch with you throughout your planning phase and finally ahead of your event to confirm all final details before this is handed to our team on board.
